GENERAL THEORETICAL BASIS OF PUBLIC SERVICE RELATIONS IN THE PROCESS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF PUBLIC POWER: HISTORIOGRAPHY OF THE PROBLEM

Abstract

The author investigated the analysis of the historiography of public-service relations, considering the stages of their development and theoretical foundations in the context of the functioning of public power. The author defines the main factors that influenced the development of this process in order to determine the essence and changes that have taken place in modern systems of public service management. The study carefully analyzes the historiography of public-service relations in order to determine the key stages of their development and reveal the main theoretical foundations that formed the basis of the functioning of public power. Factors affecting the evolution of this complex phenomenon are analyzed in order to gain a deep understanding of its essence and transformations in modern public service systems. The results of the study can illuminate not only the past, but also determine the prospects for the development of an effective management system in the public sector. An in-depth analysis of the historiography of public-service relations was carried out in order to determine the key stages of their development and highlight the main theoretical foundations in the functioning of public power. Factors determining the evolution of this phenomenon were investigated and determined, with the aim of clarifying the essence and determining transformations in modern public service systems. It is substantiated that they can serve as a basis for further research in the field of management theory and the development of management strategies in the public sector.
