НОВІ МЕТОДИ РОБОТИ ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКОЇ КОМІСІЇ НА 2019 – 2024 РР.: ПРАГНЕННЯ БІЛЬШОГО В ЄС ТА ПОЗА ЙОГО МЕЖАМИ

Розглядаються нові методи роботи Європейської Комісії 2019 – 2024 рр., представлені в повідомленні Голови Комісії Урсули фон дер Ляєн від 1 грудня 2020 р. З'ясовується значення цих методів у контексті внутрішніх та зовнішніх умов функціонування ЄС-27. Розглядаються три додаткові фактори комісії: гендерний склад Європейської Комісії (Голова комісії є першою в історії ЄС жінкою на цій посаді, крім того, приблизно половина членів цього інституту є жінками), принципово нове внутрішнє та зовнішнє середовище, що формується під впливом Brexit, а також необхідність підтвердити роль Європейської Комісії як рушійної сили процесу європейської інтеграції, особливо на тлі проблем із дотриманням основоположних принципів ЄС рядом держав-членів, зокрема посткомуністичних. Робиться висновок, що нові методи роботи Європейської Комісії покликані зробити цей інститут сильним і справедливим, який спроможний працювати разом, щоб виконати положення запропонованого європейцям Головою Комісії «Порядку денного для Європи».
