Aim. Determining the importance of psychological approaches in training and instruction on labor safety. Research methods. Research methods include theoretical analysis and pedagogical experiment. Research results. A number of aspects have been identified, taking into account those to help eliminate dangerous and harmful factors and create a normal psychological climate. Scientific novelty. The role considering the psychological peculiarities in conducting training and workshops on labor safety is considered. Practical value. A range of psychological aspects review to be considered at training and workshops on labor safety are proposed.
