Abstract

The results of studies on the search for a rational circuit design of the excitation system with indirect splitting and equal capacitance when regulating the number of capacitor-free poles are shown to ensure guaranteed start and synchronization of powerful synchronous drives of heavy start mechanisms under the conditions of simultaneous reduction of mass-distributed reactive components.
