Abstract

Purpose. Investigation the influence of construction parameters of apartment houses on the value of energy consumption per 1 m2 of heated space. The scientific originality consists in establishing patterns between the parameters of the building envelope and the achievable level of energy efficiency of buildings based on the analysis of actual data of buildings. The practical value. It was estimated that for white brick buildings of different heights in the conditions of the Dnipro city, the expected reduction in energy consumption relative to the current level due to the modernization of walling is 38-45%. Findings. The current level of energy efficiency is determined by the example of three typical residential buildings. It is shown that due to the implementation of measures for thermal modernization of the building envelope, an increase in the level of energy efficiency from F to E, less often D levels is achieved. To further reduce of buildings energy consumption, it is also necessary to modernize the engineering networks. According to the calculations for the studied objects, after upgrading of the envelope and equipment of individual heat points, it is possible to achieve B and C energy efficiency levels.
