NORMATIVE AND LEGAL REGULATION OF SECURITY OF PUBLIC INFORMATION SERVICES IN UKRAINE

Abstract

The method of scientific statistics is to highlight the peculiarities of legal regulation of the security of public information services in Ukraine. It is stated that the motivation of the electronic order system is to ensure the transparency and transparency of the activities of the current state, as reflected in the availability of information resources and visibility to the population. It is agreed that insight and accessibility of information are key aspects for ensuring the implementation and protection of the rights of citizens. It has been established that the security of public information services is an important component of the national security mechanism. It is emphasized that the proper level of administrative and legal security of public information services can functionally guarantee the effectiveness of the practical implementation of the rights of every person, for the time being, in the absence of powers them and administrative services, access to public records and other administrative acts. It is emphasized that the urgent problem of establishing the specifics of administrative and legal security will allow for national security of public information services and increasing the effectiveness of this mechanism and strategic management given the development of the current state. It is argued that the creation of effective approaches to information security in the context of national security reflects a key aspect of power management in the era of information technology. It is emphasized that ensuring the integrity, confidentiality and accessibility of government information is a strategically important task for preserving national security. It has been established that the adherence to the principles of security in the information environment is important for ensuring the functioning of the current power and the completion of its tasks.
